How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and complete payment securely. You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed yet, we may be able to help. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
I didn’t receive my order confirmation email—what should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, email us at contact@type40toys.com with your name and the email used at checkout.

What is your processing (handling) time?
In general, our handling time is 1–3 business days before dispatch.
What are your UK delivery options and transit times?
  • Economy Shipping (Free): 5–8 business days
  • Standard Shipping (£15): 3–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to courier delays or peak periods.
Do you provide tracking?
Tracking details may be provided by email after dispatch where available. If you need help, please contact our support team with your order number.
What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
Please contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t been processed, we may be able to update the address. If the parcel is already shipped, changes may not be possible.

What is your return window?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.
How do I start a return?
Contact us first at contact@type40toys.com with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for return instructions before sending items back.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
